Both studios are open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Is Revive an official HYROX training center?+
Yes. Revive is an official HYROX partner gym in Madrid, offering dedicated training classes for this discipline led by specialized coaches.
Do I need previous experience to train at Revive?+

What does a Strength & Conditioning class consist of?+
It combines strength exercises and cardio across three stations — Strength, Core, and Power — over 50 minutes, finishing with 5 minutes of high-intensity HIIT.
What is the difference between Sculpt and Power Sculpt?+
Sculpt focuses on tone and definition using controlled weights and high-volume repetitions. Power Sculpt adds more resistance and intensity for those looking for a greater physical challenge.
What does Open Gym include?+
Access to the strength and cardio floor to train on your own during non-class hours, without the need for a coach.
Do you offer personal training?+
Yes, 1:1 Personal Training sessions with Revive coaches, tailored to your specific goals.
Can I take more than one class per day?+
It depends on your plan. Revive Unlimited and Train Unlimited allow more than one class per day; 2+1 and 3+1 plans work on monthly credits.

Unlimited group classes, unlimited Recovery (sauna, ice bath, and infrared), 4 pressotherapy sessions/month, Open Gym, 1 monthly Guest Pass, and a 10% discount at the Coffee Bar. First month €369 (€100 registration fee included), then €269/month.
How do credits work for the 2+1 and 3+1 plans?+
Each class uses 1 credit. The 3+1 gives you 12 credits/month and the 2+1 gives you 8 credits/month, plus one weekly recovery session. Credits do not roll over from one month to the next.
Is there a contract commitment?+
No. All memberships are monthly rolling subscriptions with no commitment, billed automatically, and can be cancelled whenever you like.
Can I try Revive before becoming a member?+
Yes, with the Intro Offer: 3 classes + 1 Recovery Pass for €69 over 7 days. If you become a member, the €69 will be deducted from your first month.
Is there an upfront payment discount?+
10% off when paying for 3 months, 15% for 6 months, and 20% for 1 year. For Revive Unlimited, the annual payment includes free registration.
Is membership valid at both studios?+
Yes, all memberships give you full access to both Revive Justicia and Revive Salamanca, with no restrictions or extra costs.

What does the Revive Recovery Room include?+
Finnish sauna, ice bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation area. A circuit designed for muscle recovery and both physical and mental well-being.
How does the recommended recovery circuit work?+
1. Sauna for 10–15 min. 2. Mandatory shower. 3. Ice bath for 2 min. 4. Infrared for 10 min. Contrast therapy is one of the most effective recovery protocols out there.
How long can I use the Recovery Room for?+
Time slots are booked via the Revive app. Each booking gives you 45 minutes of uninterrupted time in the space.
Is showering mandatory before the ice bath?+
Yes, it is mandatory to shower before entering both the ice bath and the sauna, ensuring the hygiene of our shared space.
Can I use recovery if I don't train at Revive?+
Yes! We offer dedicated plans like Recovery Unlimited (€229/month) and Recovery Social Club (€79/month) for those who only want recovery, without having to attend workout classes.
What is the Recovery Social Club?+
A guided, community-driven recovery format featuring set times, music, and an energetic group vibe — unlike traditional quiet recovery. €79/month, 4 monthly sessions, limited spots.

What is lymphatic drainage pressotherapy and how much does it cost?+
A pneumatic compression therapy that stimulates lymphatic drainage from your feet all the way up to your hips. The session lasts 40 minutes, costs €25, and takes place in a private room with headphones at Revive Justicia.
Does pressotherapy hurt?+
No. It feels like rhythmic, progressive compression, similar to a gentle massage. It's completely painless and deeply relaxing.
Do I need to be a member to book pressotherapy?+
No, it's open to everyone for €25 per session. Revive Unlimited and Recovery Unlimited members have sessions included every month.
What can I combine pressotherapy with?+
With the sauna, ice bath, or any class. The recommended order is: workout → pressotherapy → sauna → ice bath.

How do I book classes or recovery sessions at Revive?+
How do I cancel a class without losing my credit?+
By cancelling at least 6 hours in advance (2 hours for Revive Unlimited) in the app. Your credit will be automatically refunded.
Can I freeze my membership?+
Yes, for up to 15 days per year at no cost on most plans. Revive Unlimited allows you to freeze for up to 2 months per year for a €50/month maintenance fee.
Do you provide towels at Revive?+
Yes, a small workout towel and a large towel for the shower and recovery area.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?+
Yes, at both studios, with full access before and after your session.

Coach-led running sessions twice a week (Tuesdays at 19:30 and Thursdays at 07:30) starting from Revive Justicia. Intervals, hills, fartlek, and tempo runs. Included for free in all memberships.
What is the 21K and 42K Running Program?+
A dedicated 4-month program to prep for a half marathon or marathon, coached by Pablo Pallero and Rufino Paniza. Includes run training plans, 2 Open Gym sessions/week, and 2 recovery sessions/month. €75/month.
