Your first HYROX race?
We'll get you
to the starting line.
We design your training block, place you in the right level, and guide you all the way to race day. No guesswork.
Choose your level
See HYROX schedule →The entry point — and a complete workout for every level. Each session combines high-intensity work blocks with technique, strategy, and fast transitions. We work with sleds, SkiErg, rower, wall balls, burpees, and running. Whether you want to compete or are simply looking for a serious functional workout, this is your class. To dial in specific stations between sessions, the Revive Open Gym is available at both locations.
Take it a step further. A 75-minute format that replicates the transitions, fatigue, and real-time pacing of a HYROX race. Continuous running intervals paired with high-demand functional stations. The focus is on sustaining performance when fatigue sets in — mastering strategy, pacing control, and active recovery.
Structured periodization aligned with the competition calendar. Heavy loads, higher volumes, and targeted stimuli engineered to improve your personal bests and step up to more demanding divisions. This is not an introductory class — it's a high-performance environment for athletes serious about competing. Many PRO athletes complement their training with our strength classes to build their structural foundation.

Frequently asked questions
about HYROX classes
in Madrid
Yes. Revive Wellness Hub is an Official HYROX Center in Madrid, featuring coaches certified under HYROX International standards and official competition equipment at both locations (Justicia and Salamanca). This ensures your training replicates the exact conditions of a real HYROX race.
Absolutely. The HYROX level (the first of our three) is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. These 55-minute sessions combine station technique, progressive intensity, and running in a format that scales to your fitness level. You don't need any prior competition, CrossFit, or track background to get started.
All three levels share the same structure and equipment (SkiErg, rower, sled, wall balls, sandbags, etc.) with increasing intensity, volume, and duration. HYROX (55 min, all levels) focuses on technique and foundational endurance. HYROX MAX (75 min) replicates race pacing and fatigue. HYROX PRO (75 min, experienced athletes) features cycle periodization tailored to the race calendar, with heavier loads and a focus on hitting personal bests.
Revive has two studios in Madrid offering HYROX classes: Justicia (Chueca / Alonso Martínez neighborhood, C/ Bárbara de Braganza 10) and Salamanca (C/ María de Molina 28). Both locations feature full competition equipment. You can attend either studio with the same membership.
The standard roadmap: start with HYROX for 4–6 weeks to master the technique across all 8 stations and build baseline endurance. Then level up to HYROX MAX to work on race-pace and transitions. If your goal is to compete for a target time, HYROX PRO delivers structured programming tailored to the race calendar. Our coaches will help you design the right training block for your race date.
